For the filling of the pie:
- 400 g of pork;
- 100 g of red onion;
- 100 g of white onion;
- 150 g of champignons;

- 220 ml unsweetened yogurt;
- 3 eggs;

Making the filling. Heat refined olive oil in a pan, throw finely chopped white onions, pass until transparent for about 6 minutes, then add finely chopped champignons. Stew for 5-7 minutes, salt in the end. Then we shift to the processor, turn on the pulse mode, grind. Mashed mushroom mince is not necessary, just chop a little.
Cut the pork large, add the head of red onion, a bunch of green parsley and celery.
We pass the meat with onions and herbs through the meat grinder once, fry in a well-heated pan for several minutes.
Boil the potatoes until cooked, knead, salt to taste.
Making the dough. Mix unsweetened yogurt without additives with two eggs and a pinch of salt. We leave one egg for lubrication.
Add sifted wheat flour, soda and baking powder to the liquid ingredients. Pour quality olive oil.
Knead a pretty cool dough, add a little flour if necessary. Gather in a com, leave for 10-15 minutes in a bowl. We cover the bowl with a towel or tighten the film so that the dough is not covered with a crust.
Divide the dough in half, roll out a piece about 1 centimeter thick. We put a sheet of parchment on a baking sheet, on it - a rolled cake.

We often prick the dough with a fork for additional ventilation and send it to the oven heated to 170 degrees. Cook for 35-40 minutes.
